Fresh Asparagus – 1 Bunch (per serve)

Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese

Black Pepper and Salt

Lemon Juice

Garlic – Minced

How To Cook

  1. Before starting, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Take a deep mixing bowl and place the asparagus in it. Drizzle Olive Oil on the Asparagus and toss.
  3. Add Parmesan, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper. Again, toss.
  4. Arrange the asparagus onto a baking tray, and place in the oven. The arrangement must be in a single layer.
  5. Bake till tender, it it will take around 12 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness.
  6. Sprinkle lemon juice, and serve hot.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet or a pan over medium heat
  3. Add in olive oil, salt, and pepper into the pan
  4. Cook the garlic in butter for a minute. Do not let the garlic turn brown it will just ruin the taste. For that keep on stirring and keep the flame low
  5. Add asparagus, and then cook for about 10 minutes continuously turning to ensure even cooking.

Fresh Asparagus – 1 pound

Balsamic Vinegar – 3 tablespoons

Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons

Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon

How to cook –

  1. I use a resealable or zip-lock bag for this recipe. What I do is, other than Asparagus I put everything in the bag and mix well.
  2. After mixing, put the Asparagus in the bag, seal it, and turn to coat.
  3. Refrigerate the bag for up to 1 hour
  4. The next step would be to drain the Asparagus, save the marinade
  5. Take a paper towel and moisten it with cooking oil. Lightly coat the grill rack using long-handled tongs.
  6. Grill the Asparagus, covered. Grill them for 6 to 8 minutes over medium heat till they become crisp and tender. Turn them around, basting with the saved marinade.

Serve hot with cheese and seasoning.
