defaults write com.apple.Safari com.apple.Safari.ContentPageGroupIdentifier.WebKit2JavaScriptCanOpenWindowsAutomatically -bool true
3>> Once you have typed the above command in the terminal, press enter. The command will disable the popup blocker as desired.

1>> On your iPhone’s home screen, you find the settings app, launch it
2>> Find the application section and choose Safari
